🌿 **PLOV Party and Live-Cooking in the Garden Kitchen — Tasty Season Opening! **
Join us as we kick start the 2025 summer season in the garden kitchen!
We invite you to the PLOV Party -- the party where the heart of the experience is our plov, Central Asian paella cooked over an open fire. We cook plov on locally raised lamb meat from Vallentuna. Vegetarian options will be available
The party is suitable for both young and old, for children under 12 years old there are additional tickets.
Drop-in is valid and the party runs from 2:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Plov will be available from 14.30 and the live-cooking class of PLOV starts at 17.00.
Also, this will be our season premiere -- we're opening the doors to flavorful summer filled with courses. Come and feel the atmosphere, meet us who are holding the courses and get a taste of what we have to offer this summer.
You will also have the opportunity to buy fermented, ramson oil, tempeh, something smoked and other small and tasty

- Take clothes according to the weather, we will be staying outdoors so a warm sweater or jacket is needed. We have surfaces that protect against rain as well as a stove in the greenhouse.
- Our dog Bosse is a kind weimaraner but it will be difficult to have several dogs in the garden. Please leave your dogs at home.

** 🚆 Public transport from Stockholm**
1. Bus 676 from University of Technology to Norrtälje bus station.
2. At Norrtälje bus station, change to bus 630 or bus 631 and get off at the stop Boängsvägen. From there it is about 4 minutes walk to Trollängsvägen 9. Buses run infrequently, check the timetable for travel planning.
By car from Stockholm
Take the E18 towards Norrtälje. The journey takes about an hour, depending on traffic conditions.
Parking: Follow the directions, parking on the large turning point next door.
