Sales and Delivery

Your experience ticket and order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Once received, responsibility for the ticket transfers to you. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, contact us for assistance. Upon receipt, review your ticket and confirmation to ensure they match your order.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in SEK and include VAT, except for experiences exempt under VAT Act regulations.

Experience Gift Cards

Our gift cards are issued for a specified amount and can be used as payment. Gift cards and discount codes cannot be combined. We reserve the right to cancel any order not complying with this.

Cancellation Policy

You may rebook an experience up to 7 days before the event by contacting us. Some experiences (e.g. overnight stays) may have different rebooking rules, outlined on the product page.

Within 7 days, rebooking or refunds are not possible due to preparation costs. If unforeseen events arise (e.g. illness), please notify us using the contact details in your confirmation. You may transfer your ticket to someone else.

Weather and Other Cancellations

Most experiences take place outdoors with covered areas available. In extreme weather (e.g. storms or floods), or in case of illness or road issues, we reserve the right to cancel. If we do, you’ll be contacted as soon as possible.

If an experience is canceled due to low participation, you’ll be notified at least 4 days in advance. You may choose another date or receive a full refund.

Security

We use SSL encryption through our software provider Holdbar to ensure secure payment. If you pay by credit card, you're protected against misuse and have no liability for fraudulent charges on SSL-secured sites.

Arrival Requirements

Arrive on time and be ready to show your booking confirmation or gift card if requested.

Personal Information

We collect your name, address, email, and phone number to process and deliver your experience. Your data is stored securely by Piquant for five years and is never sold or shared. We do not store or transmit sensitive personal information in encrypted form.

Cookies and Log Statistics

Piquant uses cookies to improve your experience. You may delete cookies at any time. We also use log statistics to understand visitor behavior and enhance our website.
