If You Need to Cancel
Cancellations are not accepted within 72 hours of the experience, as preparations and associated costs are already in place and non-refundable.

On the Day
If something unexpected occurs (e.g. illness), please inform the experience organizer using the contact details in your confirmation. Alternatively, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.
